AFRICAN POWER
— BRIDGING THE GLOBAL AFRICAN DIASPORA FOR A LASTING CHANGE —

Ernestine MOLIEU FIKOUE, Eng.

Awards Project administrator

Originally from Africa and now based in Germany, Molieu Fikoue Ernestine belongs to a generation of African women building bridges between technical expertise, professional excellence, and cultural richness. Driven by deep intellectual curiosity and a constant appetite for learning, she chose to build her career in engineering, where she puts her skills to work in service of innovation and solving complex challenges.

As an Application Engineer, she supports the development and improvement of technical solutions, placing quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction at the heart of her work. Her professional journey is marked by rigor, perseverance, and the ability to adapt to demanding multicultural environments. Convinced that technology is a powerful lever for transformation, she invests herself daily in projects that create value and meet the needs of a constantly evolving world.

But Ernestine is not defined by her technical skills alone. Behind the engineer is also a woman deeply committed to the values of sharing, conviviality, and passing on knowledge. Her greatest passion is undoubtedly cooking, a world in which she fully expresses her creativity. For her, cooking goes far beyond preparing meals: it is an art, a universal language, and a way of weaving connections between cultures.

Through flavors and culinary traditions, she celebrates the richness of her African heritage while remaining open to influences from around the world. Every recipe tells a story, every dish becomes an invitation to discovery and sharing. This passion has also taught her qualities she applies in her professional life: precision, patience, organization, innovation, and attention to detail.

Proud of her roots and looking to the future, Ernestine believes in the importance of skills development, women's empowerment, and passing on knowledge to future generations. She wants to inspire young people, especially young African women, to believe in their potential, to pursue their ambitions fearlessly, and to see the diversity of their talents as a true strength.

Her journey shows that it is entirely possible to combine professional excellence with personal passions, technology with creativity, ambition with authenticity.

"I believe that every skill acquired, every experience lived, and every passion cultivated helps shape the person we become. Excellence is not only about what we do, but about how we share our talents with the world."
